In therapy, I often witness how fear of rejection, loss, or vulnerability quietly shapes a personās life. It builds armorāstrong at first, but heavy over time. The more we hide behind it, the more disconnected we feel.
Anakin Skywalkerās transformation into Darth Vader is a perfect example. His darkness wasnāt born of evil; it was born of fear. Fear of losing love, control, and safety. In trying to escape those fears, he created the very pain he was running from.
