Welcome, fellow therapist. If you've completed your EMDR Basic Training and are now seeking guidance to strengthen your skills, troubleshoot difficult cases, or simply feel more confident in your work, you're in the right place.

🧠 Why I Offer EMDR Consultation

My clinical foundation began in CBT, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology. But when I began working with clients carrying complex trauma, dissociation, and persistent somatic symptoms, I knew I needed something that could go deeper.

That’s when EMDR entered my life and changed everything. As a naturally solution-focused therapist, I love helping clients get to the core of their pain quickly and effectively. EMDR gives us the tools to do just that. Since becoming trained, I’ve witnessed life-changing healing in clients of all ages.

I provide individual EMDR consultation sessions online for therapists who:

• Are working toward EMDRIA Certification

• Feel unsure about specific phases of EMDR

• Need support with dissociation, looping, or client dysregulation

• Want case guidance on complex trauma presentations

• Feel stuck due to personal negative beliefs or therapist “blocks”

• Want structured, professional guidance aligned with EMDRIA standards

• Need a safe, encouraging space to grow into the EMDR practitioner they’re meant to be

Whether you’re just out of Basic Training or well on your way to Certification, I’d love to walk alongside you.

 

📜 EMDRIA-Approved Consultation Hours

​As an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant-in-Training (CIT), I am authorized to provide up to 10 of the 20 required consultation hours toward EMDR Certification.

​

➡️ The remaining 10 hours must be completed with an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant.

​

I will help you track your hours, provide written feedback when needed, and ensure your consultation process aligns with EMDRIA's standards for Certification.

Virtual, one-on-one consultation tailored to your cases and professional growth.
$125 | 60 minutes

🌟 Small Group Consultation

Small, structured virtual groups (2–4 clinicians) for case consultation and skill development.
$85 per person | 60 minutes

Groups open based on interest and scheduling alignment.

To support you on your path, I provide each consultee with a customized EMDR Certification Checklist, which includes:
