🌟 Individual Therapy – 50 Minutes: $175

• Payment is charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to the appointment to secure your session.

🧠 Extended Trauma/EMDR Session – 75 Minutes: $225​​​​​​​

• Recommended for deeper trauma processing, EMDR work, and complex material that needs more time than a standard session.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family & Couples Sessions​

🌟 Family Therapy – 90 Minutes (3 or more members): $250

• Recommended for deeper conflict resolution, communication repair, or complex family dynamics.

​🌟 Couples Therapy – 90 Minutes: $250​

• ​Recommended for rebuilding trust, improving communication, and working through recurring conflict or emotional disconnection.​​

💖 Crisis Support Session

Life can change in an instant. Whether you’ve just discovered a betrayal, had a painful argument, or experienced unexpected conflict, you don’t have to face it alone.

This one-time, Up to 90-minute session

Provides a compassionate space to release emotion, gain perspective, and find your footing again. Together, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system and helping you feel grounded, supported, and clear about your next steps.

🌙 After-Hours Emergency Option: $250 (Up to 90 minutes, based on availability)

​🕓 After-hours sessions are any time outside 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday – Friday,

as well as all day on Mondays and weekends.

• ​I believe therapy should be accessible. I keep a small, limited sliding-scale for clients experiencing financial hardship. Spots open and close periodically; please send a message to ask about current availability. If a spot isn’t open, I can add you to my waitlist or offer community resources.​

📞 Consultations and Administrative Services​

​📝 Consultation with care providers, schools, or completion of forms:

       $200 per hour (prorated in 15-minute increments)

• Insurance may not cover these services. Charges will be billed directly to the card on file.

✨ Specialty Services​

🌟 EMDR Intensive Program – 3 Hours: $950

• Designed for accelerated trauma healing.

• Includes 3 hours of focused EMDR processing with built-in time for stabilization and integration.

• Multi-session packages available.​​

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act) - If you’re uninsured or self-pay, you’re entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services. Estimates are not a contract and actual costs may vary. To request a GFE, please mention it when scheduling your first appointment.
