💖 Crisis Support Session

 

Life can change in an instant. Whether you’ve just discovered a betrayal, had a painful argument, or experienced unexpected conflict, you don’t have to face it alone.

This one-time, 60-minute session provides a compassionate space to release emotion, gain perspective, and find your footing again. Together, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system and helping you feel grounded, supported, and clear about your next steps.

💵 Fee: $225 per 60-minute session

🌙 After-Hours Emergency Option: $325 (based on availability)

🕓 After-hours sessions are any time outside 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday – Friday, as well as all day on Mondays and weekends.

Note: Crisis sessions are designed for immediate emotional relief and support. They are not a replacement for ongoing therapy, but provide stability and guidance in moments when you need it most.

🙋 Individual Sessions​​​​​​

 

💳 Initial Evaluation – Up to 50 Minutes: $200

• Payment is charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to secure the appointment.

•  If crisis stabilization requires additional time, the session will be prorated accordingly.

💳 Individual Therapy – Up to 50 Minutes: $200

​

💳 Individual Therapy – 60 Minutes: $225

• May be required for diagnoses such as Dissociative Identity Disorder or Complex Trauma.

​

💳 Individual Therapy – 75 Minutes: $300

• May be recommended for in-depth trauma work or extended processing.

 

💳 Individual Therapy – 90 Minutes: $350

• Extended session for clients requiring additional time for trauma work or advanced treatment needs.

⚖️Sliding Scale Options

❤️I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee sessions.

❤️Priority is given to financial hardship.

• ​I believe therapy should be accessible. I keep a small, limited sliding-scale for clients experiencing financial hardship. Spots open and close periodically; please send a message to ask about current availability. If a spot isn’t open, I can add you to my waitlist or offer community resources.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family & Parent Sessions

​

🌟 Family Therapy – 90 Minutes (3 or more members): $350

• Recommended for deeper conflict resolution, communication repair, or complex family dynamics.

​

🌟 Parent Session (with or without client present):

       $50 per 15-minute increment

• May include parenting support, treatment planning, or communication coaching.

​

📞 Consultations and Administrative Services

​

​📝 Consultation with care providers, schools, or completion of forms:

       $200 per hour (prorated in 15-minute increments)

• Insurance may not cover these services. Charges will be billed directly to the card on file.

✨ Specialty Services

​

🔮 EMDR Intensive Program – 3 Hours: $950

• Designed for accelerated trauma healing.

• Includes 3 hours of focused EMDR processing with built-in time for stabilization and integration.

• Multi-session packages available.

🔮 Reconnective Energy Healing Session: $125 per session​​

 

 

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act) - If you’re uninsured or self-pay, you’re entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services. Estimates are not a contract and actual costs may vary. To request a GFE, please mention it when scheduling your first appointment.
