As a trauma and abuse survivor myself, I can understand and relate to the emotional and somatic effects of abuse and trauma. I dedicated my life to healing and seeking answers in order to heal. Once I was able to find those answers and heal, I decided to dedicate my life to help others who have gone through similar situations. Although everyone experiences trauma and abuse in a different way, there can be many similarities in the way we perceive ourselves and the world around us. Healing from horrible events that happened to us is possible. My passion is to work with children, teenagers and adults who have experienced trauma, abuse or bullying and who are suffering from anxiety, anger, depression or other symptoms of PTSD and Dissociative Disorders as a result of that trauma.
I have a solution focused approach to bring about the quickest healing in order to empower my clients to be the best possible version of themselves. In addition to healing past trauma, I work with my clients to figure out their values, strengths, goals and how they can best achieve those goals.
